• We Do Not Give Refunds for any reason On Digital Products. (Digital Products are Dr Recommendation Options, Upload Assistance Options and State Fee Options, OMMA Employee Credentialing)

                   Please choose your item selections carefully.

                   Bill's Bud Connection Office:

• Manage customer expectations, such as fast approvals and upload service if needed. 
• Explain your state process to you in a timely manner.
• Clients are aware we DO NOT get notifications of approvals or rejects from your State Medical Marijuana Authority! 

                   They only emails these to the client.

• Client is aware if rejected by Your State Medical Marijuana Authority to let us know so we can help fix the rejection if possible.
• Client is aware to Check their State Medical Marijuana Authority account for Status of application.

                 Refund Policy on Physical Merchandise: Due to the type of product, I do not accept returns or exchanges. 

             However, if you come across any concerns or questions with your purchase, please don't hesitate to reach out via message, and I'll do everything I can to make things right!

 You (the Client/Patient) agree to the Consent & Use of your Sensitive Information provided on the intake form including all information, Documents & Media collected & provided to Bill's Bud Connection to be used for the sole purpose of completing the Patient Upload to Your State Patient Cannabis Portal. 

You (the Client/Patient) Understand that you are Protected by HIPPA and Bill's Bud Connection will not sell or give out any of your Sensitive Information. 

Please Note: Once you (the Client/Patient) are Approved by Your States Medical Cannabis Program... Bill's Bud Connection Will Delete All Sensitive Information and All Pictures and Place your Application in a Locked HIPPA Folder for 2 years and then Moved to Our Archived Folders for 5 years Before they are Deleted from Our System. 

For your Personal Records our Office has emailed you a Copy of the Approved Dr Recommendation.  If for any reason you are Needing another Copy of your Dr Recommendation. You will have to email a Written Request to billsbudconnection@provalue.net (Our Office has 3-5 Days to process the Request and then email you the Duplicate Dr Recommendation.)
